Are taxi owners live in Phase 1?

No. Commercial and taxi-owner workflows are built as compliance-gated modules.

How are funds handled?

The system keeps an internal ledger of scheduled, earned, disputed and payout-ready amounts. Live providers must be connected before real payments.

Can drivers use any car?

No. Phase 1 permits normal private passenger vehicles only. Minibuses and Quantums are blocked to commercial/compliance flows.
